Throughout my career, I have been committed to providing the highest standards of care and education for all children. As a qualified Level 7 Early Years Teacher, I have developed extensive knowledge and experience in supporting children’s learning, development, and wellbeing.

I am passionate about creating a safe, caring, and nurturing environment where every child feels valued, respected, and encouraged to reach their full potential. I believe that every child is unique and deserves an inclusive learning experience that celebrates their individual strengths, interests, and needs. I work closely with children, families, and professionals to ensure that all children, including those with additional needs, receive the support and opportunities they require to thrive.

As Nursery Manager, I lead by example, promoting high-quality teaching and learning across the setting. I support and mentor staff to deliver engaging, child-centred experiences that inspire curiosity, confidence, and independence. I ensure that our curriculum is inclusive, developmentally appropriate, and tailored to meet the needs of every child while fostering strong partnerships with parents and carers.

Building positive relationships is at the heart of my practice. I strive to create an environment where children feel secure, happy, and confident to explore, learn, and develop. My caring and compassionate approach helps children build resilience, self-esteem, and a lifelong love of learning.

I take pride in maintaining high standards across the nursery, ensuring that safeguarding, wellbeing, and quality teaching remain at the centre of everything we do. My experience, leadership, and dedication enable me to continually improve practice and provide outstanding early years education that gives every child the best possible start in life.

I specialise in supporting children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and have completed training in Attention Autism and sensory processing enabling me to tailor me to tailor learning experiences to meet each child’s individual needs. As the Designated Safeguarding lead (DSL) at Tinytots, I am committed to ensuring the safety, wellbeing and happiness of every child in our care. I truly love teaching and find it incredibly rewarding to watch children learn, develop and grow. Building strong relationships with children and their families and supporting each child on their unique learning journey is the part of my role that I enjoy the most.

I hold a Level 3 Childcare qualification and a Level 2 Food Hygiene certificate. I have extensive experience supporting children’s learning and development, promoting positive behaviour, and ensuring high standards of health, safety, and safeguarding are maintained at all times.

I work within the baby room, where I collaborate closely with my colleagues to provide high-quality care in a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment. Together, we support each child’s individual needs and promote their learning and development through positive relationships and engaging experiences.

I particularly enjoy planning creative arts and crafts activities, as they encourage children’s imagination, creativity, and fine motor development. I also enjoy spending time outdoors with the children, providing opportunities for them to explore, develop their physical skills, and learn through play in the natural environment.

After taking maternity leave, I am excited to return to the early years sector with renewed enthusiasm and a fresh perspective. I am eager to continue developing my skills, contribute positively to a dedicated team, and provide high-quality care in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).

My qualifications include a Level 3 qualification in Childcare, Understanding Autism, and an entry-level qualification in British Sign Language (BSL). These have helped me build an inclusive approach to supporting children's individual needs and communication.
