supporting the learning, development and wellbeing of young children in a safe, caring and nurturing environment. I currently work in the toddler room, which I thoroughly enjoy, as it allows me to build strong relationships with the children while supporting their development through engaging, play-based activities. During my time at the nursery, I have developed excellent communication, teamwork and organisational skills, while working closely with children, parents and colleagues. I am currently completing my Level 3 Early Years apprenticeship, which is helping me further develop my knowledge and practical skills in childcare. I am passionate about working with children and take pride in creating a positive, inclusive and stimulating environment where every child feels valued and supported to reach their full potential.
